Special FX

Using technology that real 'FX' technicians use, the children create virtual backgrounds and special effects. They raise mountains, make rivers flow, sprout trees, and drop cliffs where there was nothing but a flat grid when they began. They move virtual cameras through their landscape. They create, select, and add special effects such as explosions, light sabers, and magic powers to movies in production at LINX. Also, if a story in production needs a team to figure out how to make a new effect work with the computers and green screen, it is the FX team that brainstorms and discovers a solution. Kingdoms will rise and space will be explored thanks to their ingenuity.
